The best gift I ever received was having a child at 47 years of life. Never thought I would be a father after my battle with cancer a few years earlier. I feel my 2nd chance at life was a blessing. Now my child at 47 is a maximum blessing. What a miracle! Thank you E&J family for your time. God speed.

Not to sound a bit clich’e but the best gift I've ever received has to be the karl kani hoodie with gloves x and glass set in 2022 in which I received as one of the finalists, For basic reasons being as an upcoming designer myself you often look up to people who have paved the walkway you are treading and in many cases its likely you won't get the recognition you hope for from that individual due too several reasons but in this case much like Damon John of fubu Karl kani has been a guiding force in my journey as not only a designer but an African American designer he has given me the confidence I needed to walk in front of a crowd and display what I have to offer without any hesitation aswell as me being a humble Brooklyn kid myself .That gift meant more to me than anything ive ever received in life because it serves a monument of my progress in doing what I love which is designing and it came from my idol himself Karl kani .
