My role model is my son. I had him very young and homeschooled him. Although he quickly achieved academic goals, he did lack some in the social setting. We were surprised when he got offered scholorships to attend 4 differnt Ivy League institutions. However my concerns were the he was 17, from a rural area in Texas and would be leaving for College in NYC. He survived NYC and Columbia University. He made great friends and excelled in his studies. On his 21st bday I got a call from him. He was at his first party and wanted to ask me what a good ratio of E&j to mix with soda! Iwas flattered that he was so careful and aware of new adventures! I told him to keep it light but to have a great time! He is my hero because he is such an old soul in a generation that is full of impluse! He is now 24, graduating grad school and enjoys e&j responsibly with the right ratio. Lol
