  I bring cold water bottles with me and eat a lot of fruit. I also use mini fans and wear cool clothing. God bless.

  I pack up the cooler with sandwiches, snacks and cold beverages for my family and we hit the road to find a nice park with big shade trees. I throw out the blanket and chairs and we just enjoy the outdoors.

  I try to stay close to my house, I have most windows open, I take a short shower, at least twice a day and I have a small like string made of soft thick cloth around my neck, rinsing it in-between at least four or five times a day, throughout the day and I also have a nice spot cap that can also be rinsed throughout the day, I do have air conditioner, but at present, do not use it to save on electricity.
