I was recently introduced to the Brandy Smash, and it's carbonated heaven. I mix 4oz E&J VSOP Brandy, 1 teaspoon sugar and 2 sprigs of mint into a shaker - and shake it for about a minute. I then pour this into an 8oz glass and top it off with 3oz Club Soda, add some ice and sprinkle with Orange slices and a couple Maraschino Cherries. You'd like one as well? -No problem, because I also make the Brandy Smash(ed), which uses an 80oz blender so I can make 10 at a time -so that's 5 each, right?
