    My Dad. I lost him while he was at work and I never got to say goodbye to him. He was on 56 years old. He went into work and that morning I got a call from his workplace that the had fallen and hit his head and would not wake up. By the time I got to the hospital, he was already gone from a massive heart attack. Him and I did everything together from childhood until the day he passed away. We worked together until I was put on disability because I blew out a disc lifting a pressure washer onto our work truck and trying to handle the heaviest part so he didn't get hurt. I ended up with 2 back surgeries and had to get a steel rod put in my spine. I still went to work with him out of town for a week and waited until we got home to got to the E.R. because I didn't want them to send him with someone else. On the weekends we'd work on cars and changes motors and other work on cars. We went hunting together, camping, bars and partying together every chance we got. I wish it was possible to see him one more time to tell him how much I love him and to say goodbye. Not one day goes by that I do not think of him. Thanksgiving is the hardest time of the year for me. Every year we would leave the day after Thanksgiving to go to the family camp for a week and we would all spend a week up there partying every day and drinking my E&J every night and waking up in the morning with a hangover and heading out to the woods with him.
