The reason I joined the E&J family is becase, I would like to get more history and news about the products. E&J makes and amazing Side Car, and I use it for a base for my Nocino that I sell on a daily basis. I also use it in a variety of different culinary applications. The smooth berry and floral apple ,subtle Vanilla and plum play well with a lot of different fruits. A nice neat 2 ounce neat pour, in a proper sniffer, after work is a great way to decompress.
