We asked the E&J Family to show us their hustle, and they didn’t disappoint. After reading through dozens of entries, we’ve got your first batch of artists to watch. Check out their stories, download their tracks and comment below if you’ve got a passion that should get featured.

4-IZE doesn’t know defeat. Inspired by the improv scene in Atlanta, he rebranded with a fusion of comedy and rap and started a #VerseADay campaign to hone his freestyle craft. It didn’t go unnoticed—Snoop Dogg reposted his verse getting him an instant move into the spotlight.
He’s kept the momentum going, dropping an album with his hiphop collective, ULTRA BEAST, titled ‘UNITED’. His most recent solo project however, “LOOK INTO MY IZE” has solidified his spot as a rapper on the rise. @BookProductions channels his talents for the community. From bringing cultural icons to life, to commemorating the loss of loved ones, his murals hit deep. As a single father of triplets, he’s motivated to keep bringing something valuable to the world.

His latest album drop, ‘BIG BOY DOZEE’ released last month is an anthem to the ladies. Inspired by his female fan base, he wanted to give them something they could vibe to—streaming now on all major platforms.

4 years agoI spontaneously left my entire life in Buffalo with $500 to my name and two duffel bags to pursue my, now 10 year, music career in a market he had never been to - Denver. 7 Months later I was named "Colorado Solo Artist of the Year", performed in Brooklyn with TeamBackPack, embarks on a 24 city tour from NY to the west coast, and world premiered on SHADE45. I have something to prove to myself and won't stop until it's done.

4 years agoWhen it comes to working around the clock to deliver music and entertainment, look no further than Aye Jay Freez. With his video for 'Goodie racking up views, and latest single, 'Catch22, continuously heating things up with the streams this Midwest rapper is heading straight to the top of the game. Released at the end of March, 'Goodie has already pulled in thousands of views. Fans are constantly showing love saying the video 'slaps and using a cascade of fire emojis to showcase just how hot the clip is. And rightfully so as the track brings forth a chilled delivery laid over a beat that does not quit. The same can be said about his latest single, 'Catch22. While they each showcase how well Aye Jay Freez does on the mic, each shows a different side of the emcee and proves he's not one note. There is clear versatility in what he does.
Aye Jay Freez shines like someone who has been making music for decades. Alas, he just took his first serious step a few years ago. He took it upon himself to learn the ins and outs of the business, and with LGCent in his corner he's proven to be limitless in what he can achieve.
