The hustle never stops for the E&J Family. Our crew is constantly pushing themselves to get to the top of the game - from the fans DMing us to showcase their craft, to the partners we collaborate with who bring a unique vision to every project.

With all this talent and drive out there, it’s not fair to keep it to ourselves.

My name is NicoThaGreat, Host of Ethnic Ish N More”, which is a podcast/internet radio show out of St. Louis, MO. I aspire to be the next big media personality and my show will be my ticket there. Airing live every Wednesday from 8:30-9:30 pm cst, we promote any and all things positive within the black community, with a hint of laughter for the soul. My name is Sly Jone, I am a Recording Artist out of Portland, Oregon and music is my ultimate passion. Growing up with inspirations such as BIG, Tupac, Bone Thugz, Three6Mafia and ice cube, I've been able to spread my message through lyricism. I deserve the spotlight because I've been a die hard E&J fan and reference it more then once in my music. I have personally shared interest in working with E&J before and I am excited to see where this takes me.

My passion is to become a broadcaster/podcaster, and I also co-host my friend's podcast show. I play the best hip hop and r&b music and support indie artists. Ima a motivated Recording artist, been working and doing music since 14, and helping my grandmother out, paying bills, and so. Started doing music seriously at 18, then I started producing my on beats, selling beats and working with differ artist. My goal is the love for music to make a better Living status for my grandmother. I'm dropping a new single with the video out 5/1/20 called Couple Racks. On all major platforms.

I am an Educator, Counselor, and public speaker, that wrote poetry and rap for years. However, over a year ago, I shared this talent with some friends who shared my passion and desire to get across the same message. We decided to make some music together and we are finishing up an album that I believe carries the original essence of Hip-Hop. My goal is to put out musical content that elevates listeners mentally and spiritually. Our content is only that of uplifting and no degradation.
