16 months agoFirst, I would pay off all debts for me and my mom. My daughter starts her first semester in college out-of-state so putting money up for her college.
I would continue to work because 1) I love my job of 23 years and 2) I'm not old enough to retire.
Finally, continue to take care of my granddaughter whom I have custody of from my oldest daughter and make sure has the best life possible.

16 months agoI am a right leg amputee who moved to Texas 20 years ago to care for my Mom and Step Dad. My Husband passed away in 2007, my Step Dad in 2008 and my Mom in 2011. I have been barely able to survive on my Florida Retirement and my Social Security Disability. I lost my right leg below the knee in 2020. I would move back home in heartbeat if I had the money to do so. That is what I would do if I had a million dollars.

16 months agoI would pay off all my bills and my children's college loans. Then I would donate some to St. Luke's Missions and food bank. Then I would take a family trip to Ireland and put the rest into a 529 plan for my grandchildren.

16 months agoI’d wait for the tax bill, pay it , then invest some, bank most, and try to live modestly on the rest of it.

16 months agoI would by land and build houses for my whole family to live in. We are all struggling to pay rent. Some of them are having to work 2 jobs. It would be wonderful to be able to help them all out. Life is too short to have to be stressed out all the time.

16 months agoI would pay my house and vehicle off. Purchase a vehicle for my children. Renovate my home, build a portfolio for my 2 boys. Donate to my local veterans transition center. Take my family on a vacation which includes my neices and nephews. Whatever is left half will go to investments and other will be my safety pot.
