1 oz E&J Vanilla
1.5 oz Koloa coffee rum
2oz half & half
8-10 pineapple chunks


Add pineapple chunks to bottom of shaker and muddle.
Add rest of ingredients to shaker, fill with ice, and shake until chilled. Fine strain into glass half filled with ice. Garnish with pineapple wedge and serve with a reusable glass straw.
