Ingredients
1 oz E&J XO
0.5 oz Benedictine liqueur
0.5 oz extra dry vermouth
0.25 oz brown sugar simple syrup
4 dashes plum bitters
Instructions
Infuse E&J Brandy with fresh pear and ginger for 3 days.
Add all ingredients to shaker half filled with ice. Strain into coupe glass. Garnish with orange peel and slice of fresh ginger.
