Ingredients
2 oz E&J VSOP
.5 oz Dry Curaçao
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
.25 oz Maraschino liqueur
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Instructions
Run lemon wedge around upper portion of glass. Roll glass in fine sugar to create “crusta”. Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into glass. Garnish with curled lemon peel inside the top of the glass.
